SOUTH 32 WAMBENGER CUP part of the 2025 Collie Labour Day Festival
XCO State Series 2024 Round 1
Saturday 1st March – 8am-12.30 pm
Wellington Dam Kiosk – hosted by the Ferguson Valley MTB & Collie Cycle/ MTB Clubs
We have courses and graded races to suit all ages, abilities and fitness, for 6 year olds through to 70 plus year olds.
All riders will get to enjoy new sections of trail, more challenging ups in Wave A with refurbished descents that have super fun steep berms in both waves to keep you locked in a flowing fast on the descents, no doubt generating big smiles. ALL ROUND!!
New riders are most welcome and we will host ride days leading up to the event the weekends prior.
This will be the first of 2 races forming the SOUTH 32 WAMBENGER CUP and the 1st State XCO Round. You don’t need to be doing any of the other rounds to take part. State series points will be allocated for each round, while points for the Wambenger Cup prizes will be the total of points accumulated from both rounds 1 & 2 on Sat 1st & Sun 2nd.

Note, this event will not form part of our club or vintage championship. No club points will be awarded.
Our friends at the Collie Motorplex are running their first event for the year and you’re invited to enter.
It’s two days of ‘full on’ action including Saloons, Excel Cup, Formula Classics, Production Cars, Muscle Cars, Formula Vees, Historic Touring Cars, Sports Cars/Sedans, Street Cars and Time Challenge.
Gates Open from 8:00am both days, FREE entry for Spectators and Canteen Open for Breakfast and Lunch.

29 March 2025 Saturday: Fun! Fairy Lights, sweet single track, and the awesome group vibe that accompany all our events! A great way to stretch out the legs after a drive to Collie.

30 March 2025 Sunday: A cruisey start to the morning sees you at the start line for the Black Course Half Marathon, Blue Course 10 km, Green Course 5 km.
