Arts and culture

Collie artists and craftspeople take inspiration from the surrounding forests and bushland, with their work showing their passion for the local landscape.

Crafts can be purchased from several outlets in town including the Collie Visitor Centre on Throssell Street, at the western entrance of town.

Visitors are always welcome to watch the artisans at work at the heritage listed Old Collie Police Station or at the Band Hall where the woodturners group produce wonderful pieces from local timbers.
