Collie River Trail Parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km walk, jog or run.
Starting from Soldiers Park at 8am every Saturday, the course is two loops of the Collie River Trail from bridge to bridge. This volunteer-run event is open to all.
Register at www.parkrun.com/register, print off your barcode and you are ready to participate in any parkrun worldwide.
Prams welcome, one dog on a short lead, children under 11 must be within arms reach of an adult.

Forest Detectives + Sense Trail @ Wellington Discovery Forest
Come along to the Wellington Discovery Forest and explore the Jarrah Forest. Follow the clues on this special treasure trail to discover how everything in the bush is related – plants and animals and people. Immerse your senses for a stimulating experience and then consider your feelings for the forest. In addition, experience the forest blindfolded along our sense-ational trail. Tune into the sounds and smells of the forest for a new experience.
Afterwards come learn about our amazing native wildlife with our taxidermy display and investigate the natural treasures of our environment with our hands-on touch table.
