‘LEST WE FORGOT ‘

In honour of those ‘Collie Boys’ who have given their live’s in all war’s , the Collie Cardiff RSL Sub Branch will be conducting a Remembrance Day Commemoration Service on Thursday 11th November 2021. The Service will commence at 10.45 am, at the Soldiers Park Cenotaph.

This year Remembrance Day has a special significance as it marks the 80th Anniversary of the battle for Greece and Crete during WW2. In 1941 British forces, including Australians and New Zealanders, fought to defend Greece and then Crete from the German invasion.
