Nature Craft and Face Painting in the Forest @ Wellington Dam Legacy Forest

You are invited to Wellington Dam Legacy Forest’s first Open Day for the year.

Wellington Dam Legacy Forest is a unique memorial forest where families put their loved ones treated ashes with trees to create a living memorial.

Meet their celebrant Jane who doubles as a kindy leader and will be let loose with a paintbrush. She will also share her passion and show families how to celebrate a life in the forest.

Learn about the local plants with their forest manager Ben and enjoy a day surrounded by nature. Plant some flowers and shrubs to help create a better environment for local endangered fauna, including mainland Quokka!

It is time to be a big kid. Come and play in nature with craft activities and face painting in the forest.
