Classical Guitar Recital by Don Neander @ All Saints Anglican Church

Classical guitarist Don Neander will be presenting a program of selected works and transcriptions for the guitar ranging from the great German composer J.S.Bach through to the eccentric Paraguayan guitarist Agustin Barrios Mangore. The recital will be held at Collie’s beautiful All Saints Anglican church. (46 Venn St. Collie) Other highlights will be compositions from the revered Brazilian, Heitor Villa-Lobos who wrote for a number of instruments including some wonderful compositions for the guitar and some mesmerizing depictive pieces from the Spanish composers Isaac Albeniz and Enrique Granados who wrote for the piano and whose works have become standards in the repertoire of the classical guitar. The recital is on Friday the 25th November and starts at 7.30 pm Ticket prices are Adults $25.00. Concession $20.00. Students $15.00.
