Get active outdoors with Adventure Connections and friends, this July school holiday. With thanks to the Shire of Collie and The Alcohol and Drug Foundation, we can provide four, empowering, adventure experiences which build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
Our programs will build up your young person’s self-confidence, resilience, and independence by formulating new friendships, challenging them by participating in exciting outdoor activities and team games, and sharing experiences with their peers and our staff. We also support the young people to develop healthy mental fitness practices such as mindfulness and mindful movement to help them cope with challenges in their life and to support their wellbeing.
Activities may include; Bushwalking, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Nearer to Nature Activities, Journaling, Mindfulness and Mindful Movement.

Location: Meet at the Minningup Pool Rowing Shed
