Ceremonial Cacao – We begin the journey with a warm cup of cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart, enhance connection and promote feelings of love + gratitude.

Sound Meditation – As the cacao begins to work it’s magic, you’ll be guided into a sound meditation. The harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, medicine drum and other instruments will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
