The Collie River Valley has many interesting and picturesque drives winding through the beautiful surrounding forests and hills of Collie.
Scenic Drive
A picturesque 7km loop between Coalfields Highway 5km west of Collie and Mungalup Road 3km South of the Collie township.
This scenic sealed road follows the Collie River and features jarrah and marri forests, a lookout over the river, tumbling rapids in winter and wildflowers in the spring.
Discovery Tour
This is a full-day, self-guided tour of the picturesque waters of Wellington Dam, Collie River and Wellington Discovery Forest.
The Discovery Tour will enable you to take in the natural beauty of the Collie River Valley including some of the State Forest, which covers 80 per cent of the Shire.

Collie River Valley Tour
This is a half-day trip where you will experience the natural beauty of the Collie River, which winds its way through Collie and into the Wellington Dam.
The Collie River Valley Tour follows much of the river and will take you to many of the ‘local’ spots, where you can swim or have a picnic, or just take in the natural beauty the region has to offer.

Northern Highlights Tour
Take a half day scenic drive to the ‘other dam’ in Collie. The Northern Highlights Tour winds it’s way past the historic Worsley Church and onto Harris Dam, where you can relax and enjoy the ambience the facilities provide.
The tour then takes you past the Harris River Estate Winery before arriving into Collie townsite, where you will find plenty to see and do, such as the Good Shed Markets held on alternate Sunday mornings, antique and craft shops, cafes and museums.
