This exhibition immerses you into an unfolding tapestry that reflects the artist’s constant search for personal coherence and unity. The exhibition expands into vast landscapes, inspired by a past journey into the deep Australian outback, that have been created from microscopic details, reflecting the shift from microcosms to macrocosms; from deep intricacies and complexities to unified and stable ensembles.
Lorraine Defleur received a Rotary Club of Collie prize for her CAP entry last year and was also the winner of a runner up prize in the Collie Art Prize 2023.
The exhibition will be on Thursdays through Mondays, 10am-4pm, until 7 April 2024.
