We’re celebrating beer and Bavarian culture from 3-5 October, with Oktoberfest at the Crown.

Our German-inspired menu, including soft pretzels, pork knuckles, bratwurst sausages, and black forest cake will fill your belly.

But make sure you leave enough room to try some German beers and cocktails.

Kitchen open from 11am daily.

Skinned Lizard is on stage from 8pm Saturday night with duelling guitars, gravelly voices and rustic beatboxing playing classic ballads and rocky renditions of your favourite tunes in their unique southern USA style.

Relax and unwind at a slow, soothing yoga flow session accompanied by your choice of a paddle of gin, wine or beer!

Tasting your way through Harris River Estate’s own brews. Yin yoga is a slow, stretching flow of poses that is suitable for beginners through to advanced.

BYO yoga mat and wear activewear or comfortable clothes you can move in. A jumper is recommended weather depending. This is an 18+ event.

 

Board Game Club @ Collie Public Library

Join a group of board game enthusiasts for a casual and fun evening of games! Bring your own favourite game to play with the group, or try something new from the library collection!

Open to anyone aged 15 or over with an interesting in tabletop gaming. BYO snacks and drinks.

The Collie Show is once again looking to be a great day of fun and entertainment for all the family, culminating in a great fireworks display.

There will be plenty for the Adults to do such as workshops, live music and market stalls to check out.

The kids have lots to see and do as well face-painting, workshops and a petting zoo.

Show favourites will be there such as show bags, side-show-alley, market stalls and equestrian events and much, much more!

BEER Event (Budget Extreme Endurance Race) @ Collie Motorplex

BEER Event (Budget Extreme Endurance Race) @ Collie Motorplex | Collie Burn | Western Australia | Australia

Get ready to go racing WA! Budget Extreme Endurance Racing (BEER) is coming to Collie Motorplex.

Two full days of racing for you to live out Champagne Racing for Beer money.

The event starts on Friday afternoon, where you’ll get to see a battle between the Beerians on the Collie Motorplex Track. It will be sure to test the driver’s handling and skills over power and brute force. Racing continues through Saturday where you’ll really be able to crack the top off your cold one and see what the drivers are capable of.

Penalties on track will see drivers face The Punisher for judgement. Once their fate is decided, it’s off to The Ring Master to face your fate with a range of humiliating activities. After the racing is done, there will be awards and then the after party will kick off at Colliewood, with fun, frivolity and food.

Of course BEERS Entry is open to all budget vehicles with a value of $1985 and less that meet all safety requirements. Regulations will be released shortly. All “LeMons” vehicles will be accepted and put in “The Slops” category. Cars deemed to be worth or modified over the limit will be put in the “Top Shelf” category. Both categories will race together.

So get ready for a Frothy Friday and a Slaughtered Saturday and come race with us!!

July’s event is a 12 Hour Race.

October’s event is a 24 Hour Race.
