Good Shed Markets

Good Shed Markets

Browse stalls of local produce, crafts, and creations inside Collie’s historic railway Goods Shed, blending heritage charm with a lively market vibe.

Discover the vibrant Goods Shed Markets, held every second Sunday from 8am to 1pm in Collie’s historic Old Goods Shed on Forrest Street.

Designed by C Y O’Connor and built in 1898, the Goods Shed has recently been restored by the Collie Heritage Group and is used for markets on alternate Sunday mornings.

The markets have a variety of stalls including fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs, preserves, candles, soaps, books, jewellery, children’s toys, clothes and lots, lots more.

  • This heritage-listed venue was once the bustling heart of the town’s railway operations.
  • Now hosts a diverse array of stalls offering candles, homemade wooden toys, clocks, second-hand goods, bric-a-brac, books, cakes, fresh produce, plants, and crafts.
  • After exploring the market, enjoy morning tea in the lovingly restored “Coach Café,” a timber dining car adorned with antiques and memorabilia from days gone by. Serving Devonshire teas, espresso coffee, toasties and a selection of cakes.
