Located in the old Worsley townsite, this charming timber church dates back to the early 1900s and is one of the last remaining buildings from a town shaped by the timber industry. The celebrations begin with Mass, followed by a bring-and-share lunch, a lovely opportunity to catch up with the community, share a meal and celebrate Worsley’s history.
Step inside the church to discover a fascinating collection of photographs telling the story of Worsley and the people who once called it home. Surrounded by peaceful jarrah forest, the site is also a beautiful place to enjoy the spring scenery and look out for wildflowers.
Copies of Fallen Timber by John Bird, will be available for purchase for $25 each, making a great Christmas gift for anyone who loves local history.
